The Kirbyville R-VI School District is a rural district in southwest Missouri situated on US Highway 76 in Taney County. The district is committed to small class sizes and personal connections with our students. We pride ourselves on maintaining the closeness of a small community while providing an education that is progessive and academically excellent.

Kirbyville’s paramount goal is the academic and personal success of its students.  We foster this success through high-quality learning opportunities, multi-tiered systems of support, and many dedicated, caring staff.

Every student deserves to feel supported.  We work to support every student’s unique needs by providing a safe and caring environment, creating a culture of academinc acheivement and behavioral expectations, seeking collaborative partnerships with community organizations, and actively seeking engagement with families.

Stewardship

We value the trust our community has placed in us and the inherent responsibility that trust brings.  Kirbyville practices stewardship through sound fiscal decision-making, regular program reviews, and thorough accountability processes.
