ParentSquare is the district’s new platform for school communication! This innovative service will allow Kirbyville to unify district messaging into one simple and easy to use medium so that the things you need to know are always close by. You can get started by activting your ParentSquare account using the information below!

What is ParentSquare?

ParentSquare Logo ParentSquare is a communication service designed to take all the ways parents and schools talk and make them all manageable in one place. Emails, texts, and app notifications are all available and you control which of them are used to contact you and how often. ParentSquare will also automatically connect your with your student’s school and teachers for quick and easy contact.

What you can do with ParentSquare:

Receive messages from the school via email, text or app notification
Choose to receive information as it comes or all at once with a daily digest at 6pm
Communicate in your preferred language
Comment on school postings to engage with your school community
Direct message teachers, staff and other parents
Participate in group messages
Sign up for parent-teacher conferences
Sign forms & permission slips, sign up to volunteer and more all from your desktop or mobile device

ParentSquare automatically generates an account for each parent, using their preferred email address and phone number. We encourage parents to access their accounts so they can download the mobile app and update their preferences on when and how they are notified.
